The Challenge

Candidly approached me to elevate their mission of "Never Miss Another Moment." We set out to improve the customer booking experience and eliminate the frictions that cutomers and photographers were facing.

How might we provide a feedback system that decreases cognitive load for customers and empowers photographers to do their best work?

The Outcome

For the customer, we reimagined the "request a photographer" flow and created a "book now" CTA. We introduced flat-rate pricing to simplify things.

For the photographers, we designed a dashboard for them to control their availability, communicate with customers and get paid promptly.

For both users, we created a system that matches the customer with the best photograther for their needs.
